Return and refund policy

At Well Decor, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.

  • The item must be in the original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Items that are custom-made, clearance items, or purchased during special promotions may not be eligible for return unless defective.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made or personalized furniture

  • Used or assembled furniture

  • Items damaged due to misuse

  • Gift cards

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • We will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. If you need an exchange, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
